1. Who we are
“RSI Alerts” (rsi-alerts.com) is an independently operated stock and FX RSI monitoring service (“we”, “us”, “the Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
Account data
- Email address (used as your login and to deliver alerts)
- WordPress account metadata (registration date, last login)
- Optional profile preferences (timezone, alert settings, newsletter opt-ins)
Alert and watchlist data
- Tickers and FX pairs you watch
- Custom RSI thresholds you configure
- Alert delivery history (which alerts were sent to you, when, and whether delivery succeeded)
Billing data
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe returns to us only: a customer ID, subscription status, plan tier, and the last 4 digits / brand of your card for display.

Technical data
- IP address and browser user-agent (standard web server logs)
- Cookies required for login sessions and to remember preferences
- Anonymous aggregate usage statistics
3. What we do NOT collect
- Brokerage credentials, portfolio holdings, or trade history
- Card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details (Stripe handles these)
- Real-time location data
4. Third-party services we use
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Email delivery — outbound email is sent via our hosting provider’s SMTP. Your email address is shared only as required to deliver mail.
- WordPress / web hosting — the site runs on standard WordPress hosting infrastructure.
5. How we use your data
- To operate the Service: monitor RSI levels and send you alerts you’ve subscribed to
- To bill you for paid plans and add-ons
- To send transactional email (alerts, billing receipts, account notices)
- To send product newsletters only if you opt in. Each marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To prevent abuse and debug technical issues
We do not sell your data, rent mailing lists, or share your data with advertisers.
6. How long we keep your data
- Account and alert data: while your account is active, plus up to 24 months after you delete it (for billing/tax records and abuse prevention)
- Email delivery logs: 90 days
- Billing records: 24 months
7. Your rights
You can:
- Access or export your data — email us
- Correct inaccurate data — through your account settings or by emailing us
- Delete your account and associated data — by reaching out to us, subject to records we are legally required to keep
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link inevery newsletter
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and standard WordPress security practices. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
