1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using rsi-alerts.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
RSI Alerts is an automated tool that monitors the Relative Strength Index (RSI) of stocks and currency pairs and sends email notifications when configured thresholds are crossed. Some features require a paid subscription or add-on.
3. Not financial advice
The Service provides data and notifications for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or currency.
- RSI is a technical indicator. It is not a prediction.
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
- You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
- Past performance does not indicate future results.
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email and keep your login secure.
- One person per account. Do not share credentials.
- You must be 16 or older.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Free, monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans, plus optional add-ons (e.g. FX alerts), are offered as listed on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase to existing subscribers.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any plan, add-on, or renewal, whether monthly, yearly, or lifetime, used or unused, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Before subscribing, use the free tier to confirm the Service meets your needs.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish data from the Service without written permission
- Resell access or share alerts with non-subscribers in a way that circumvents pricing
- Use automated requests beyond a reasonable rate, or attempt toaccess parts of the Service you are not authorized to use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source codebeyond what is provided
- Use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Market data depends on third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable. Alerts may be delayed, missed, or sent in error. Do not rely on the Service as the sole input to time-sensitive trading decisions.
8. Third-party data
Price data is provided by AlphaVantage and other third parties. We do not control its accuracy and disclaim liability for errors, gaps, or delays in third-party data.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, copy, and aggregated data products, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or our systems. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with at least 14 days’ notice before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
